Channel was formed by Emma five years ago and has recently grown with the arrival of Chris, formerly working at Nixon Design as Creative director. We are supported by a network of trusted freelancer designers and also work closely with several other specialist companies including business consultants, copywriters, marketing and PR, interior designers, photographers, illustrators, programmers and SEO specialist. This collaborative approach allows to look at the bigger picture.

Emma has over 12 years in the design industry since graduating from Falmouth College of Arts. Since then she has built up a wealth of experience, working in London in New Product Development for brands such as Evian and Danone.

More recently she has developed online and offline communications and design strategies for lifestyle brands St Michael’s Mount, Trevarno, Lollipop, Organic Trevarno Skincare and The National Operatic and Dramatics Association, in addition to tourism related businesses such as Aspects Holidays, St Ives Food & Drink Festival and St Mary’s Hall Hotel on the Isles of Scilly. Emma brings strategic, focused creative design expertise that achieves results from wining National Awards to creating a dramatic increase in awareness and driving sales.

Chris has recently joined us from Nixon design after spending nearly 11 years as designer and ultimately creative director. With him he brings his extensive knowledge of branding and digital design.

Chris graduated from Falmouth with a first class Graphic Design degree in 1999, was a finalist in the Proctor & Stevensons awards and was selected as a member of the Society of Typographic Designers. He went on to work for Mahony Associates in London, working on projects for BT, Granada Television and Diageo.

His recent achievements include a heist award for design effectiveness for University College Falmouth where the re-design and art direction of their prospectus led to a 46% increase in applications.
