Our process

Step 1: Discover
Before starting any project, we never assume anything. Our initial ‘kick-start’ meeting is designed to explore all the requirements laid out in the brief but also to really get under the skin of the project, questioning and probing all the different possible options. Along the way we will be asking you for feedback at key stages – these occur frequently and are essential steps to a successful project.
Step 2: Define
This is where we get to roll our selves up and get creative. This is where we brain storm ideas and processes that we feel will best suit the individual needs of your project. When we have found the winning solutions, we present all of our findings to you and your team.


Step 3: Develop
This is where we take your feedback and condense our thinking down to a series of potential outcomes. We test, probe and analyse these routes until we have a fully crash tested concept.
Step 4: Deliver
Having a bright idea is not enough, we believe in effective solutions that deliver. This stage involves creating finalised deliverables that successfully achieve all of the strategic goals set out in the discovery stage.
